All designs are commercially usable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Project files are delivered in formats optimized for immediate implementation. We recognize the importance of maintaining project materials even after a campaign concludes. To facilitate this, we retain client artwork within our secure database for a minimum of two years from the project completion date. However, please be aware that after this period, certain files may be subject to deletion due to storage limitations.

To ensure uninterrupted access to your creative assets:

• We will proactively notify you via email several months prior to any scheduled file deletion. This notification will provide you with the opportunity to:
  • Extend the storage period for a specified duration (additional fees may apply).
  • Download and transfer the files to your preferred cloud storage solution.
